How We Deploy

You set the pace.
Category by category. Reversibly.

Nothing about this is a leap. Autonomy is set at four levels, per spend category, and every level is a legitimate place to stay.

Assisted

Every artifact arrives as it does today. The platform validates each one against what was agreed and surfaces findings with the evidence attached. A person approves every action.

Supervised

What is owed is computed before the artifact is assessed. Matching items settle without review; only variances reach a person.

Delegated

The platform originates the document from the computed position. The counterparty reviews it and holds a defined window to challenge before settlement.

Autonomous

No commercial artifact required. What is owed accrues at delivery and settles on the contractual clock within your policy. A statutory document is generated only where law requires one.

The first two levels require nothing from your suppliers and no write access to your systems. They are entirely within your own control.

A category cannot move faster than its evidence allows. How much of what a supplier is owed can be computed — rather than attested by a person — is a measured property of your operational systems, not a matter of appetite.

We measure it with you, category by category, and we say plainly where it is not high enough. Where the evidence of value delivered genuinely lives in no system, verification falls back to human attestation and we will tell you so.

Any category can be dialed back to a lower level at any time, without unwinding a deployment. Advancement is earned against criteria agreed in advance — sustained accuracy, exception rate, evidence coverage, and a clean audit record — rather than elected.
