These terms govern your use of theoremic.com. They do not govern the use of Theoremic's products or services, which are covered by a separate written agreement.

You may read, print and share the pages on this site for your own business purposes. You may not scrape it, republish it commercially, use it to train a machine learning model, or present its content as your own.
We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee either. We may change or remove any part of it without notice.
Some material is not published here and is sent directly on request. That material is shared in confidence for the purpose of evaluating Theoremic. It is intended for you and the colleagues evaluating Theoremic with you, and it should not be forwarded further or published without our written agreement. Each copy is marked with the recipient's name for that reason.
If we have a separate confidentiality agreement with you, that agreement governs and these terms do not narrow it.
The content, design, methods and frameworks on this site — including the Theoremic name and logo — belong to Theoremic Inc. or are used with permission. Nothing here grants you a license to use them.
Other company and product names mentioned on this site may be trademarks of their owners. We use them descriptively, and their appearance does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by those companies.
Theoremic is an early-stage company. Some of what we describe on this site is in production, some is in development, and some is stated as direction. We label which is which, and we intend those labels to be accurate at the time of writing.
Nothing on this site is a commitment to deliver a particular capability by a particular date, and nothing here forms part of any agreement between us unless it is repeated in a signed contract.
Nothing on this site is legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. Statements about regulatory requirements including e-invoicing, self-billing and tax rules in any jurisdiction are general and change over time. Take your own advice before relying on any of it.
Where we link to third-party material, we do not control it and are not responsible for it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, and the courts of that state have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
